Ordering

Order Processing Time

  • Domestic Ground orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • LTL/Freight orders are processed within 1 business day.
  • International Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days if all paperwork requested is filled out in a timely manner.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it; we change our minds too!

Use the Contact Us tab and provide us with your order number and name. If your item has not been placed in the shipping queue, we can cancel the order and issue a refund against the original payment method.

If the order has already been processed and shipped, then you would need to refer to the Return Policy section for Customer Error Return.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as we can. However, please note that inquiries received on Fridays after 3pm - Sunday will receive a reply the following Monday.

Can I request more information on a part?

Yes! Fill out and submit the "Request Part Info" form found on a product's page to receive more information about that product.

We are able to provide additional photos, dimensions, or other product specifications at your request. Please note that we are unable to provide applicability/compatibility on our OEM parts.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, North America Region, and most international locations. To inquire about international shipping to a specific destination, please use the Request Part Info icon on the product page you are interested in purchasing or use the contact tab at the top of the page. Be sure to provide your full address and we can verify we are able to export to your location.

International Shipping Rates

After an order is placed, we will send a separate virtual invoice via email for International Shipping Charges. The customer can pay via PayPal or Credit Card. If a customer does not agree to the shipping charges, the order will be canceled and all payments refunded via original payment method.
Customer is responsible for all sales tax, use tax, excise tax, or other tax duty or similar fee imposed by any governmental authority in connection with the sale or use of the products. In some cases, we will need to collect additional data from the customer for export compliance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.
  • Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). Use the contact us form on the product page for a rate quote.
  • International shipping times depend on the products and destination. We will contact you with a rate quote/delivery times.
  • Domestic LTL Freight shipping normally takes between 1-5 business days.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Please see full Return Policy.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s). If you don't receive your refund within 7 days, please use the contact tab at the top of the page and email us your name, order number and tracking number.
